Celebration of the Women's Season
Come and Join the Party
Preparations are underway for a party at the Alte Försterei on sunday night to greet Union's women's team at the end of a historic season. All Union fans are invited to come along.
Last sunday, the women's team of 1. FC Union Berlin, having already clinched the title in the Regionalliga Nordost in a historic season, defeated SV Henstedt-Ulzburg 8-0 in front of 18,045 people in the first leg of their play-off for promotion. They have one foot in the 2. Bundesliga.
Now, on Sunday, 16.06.2024 (14:00 k.o.), Union will play the all-important second leg at the sold-out Beckersbergstadion in Henstedt-Ulzburg. Meanwhile, preparations are underway in Köpenick for the celebratory reception, and all Union fans are invited to celebrate this historic season together.
From 20:00, drinks and barbecue food will be offered in the car park in front of the main stand. Entrance is free, and the team are expected to return from Henstedt-Ulzburg at around 21:15.
Please note:
The stadium rules must also be observed and, among other things, no glasses or glass bottles are permitted.
The event ends at 11 pm.
