New kits now available
Both Union's away and third kits can finally be purchased
1.FC Union and their clothing partner adidas unveiled their new shirts in June, in time for the 2022/23 Bundesliga pre-season preparations. In the first warm-up against Viktoria Berlin, Union took to the pitch in the brand new third kit; black with flecks of grey and red.
The light away kit, with its honeycomb structured fabric, then celebrated its first appearance in the following game, against the second division’s newly promoted Magdeburg.
Because of bottlenecks in the supply lines, however, neither shirt could be bought and - as opposed to the new red and white striped home kit - could only be pre-ordered.
But as of now, both the away and third kits, as well as the shorts and socks, are available in all Union shops, as well as online in the Zeughaus. Those of you who pre-ordered should have already received a nice little packet from the zeughaus. And those of you who ordered ones with printing on the back should be getting something similar to cheer them in the post in the next few days.
