Three players from the women's team of 1. FC Union Berlin have been nominated to represent their countries in November and December. This is the last international break of 2024.

The nominees

Korina Janez will play a friendly against Croatia with the Slovenian national team. After missing out on the European Championship qualifiers, the ‘Zmajceki’ are preparing for the Nations League in February 2025.

Greece's national coach Alexandros Katikaridis is again relying on Eleni Markou and Athanasia Moraitou. Together, the ‘Ethniki’ are travelling to Slovakia for two preparation matches. Like Greece, the Slovakians failed in the European Championship qualifier playoff and are using the international break to prepare for the Nations League.
