Return to training at the Alte Försterei
The season ahead:
Five weeks after our 2-1 win over Leipzig in the Bundesliga, 1. FC Union Berlin will return to pre-season training on Monday June 28.
Urs Fischer's squad will filter back to Köpenick and here's the breakdown for the players as they prepare for the first Bundesliga match on July 28.
- The first few days will see the returning players go through the regular tests and examinations at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei.
- The first group training session is planned for Thursday July 1.
- The team will head to Bad Saarow for a four-day training camp.
- Urs Fischer's side will train for a few days again at the Alte Försterei before heading off to the second training camp in Austria.
