International break: Union Berlin take on VfL Wolfsburg
Union spar against Wolfsburg
1.FC Union Berlin is in action during the international break and welcomes Bundesliga side VfL Wolfsburg to the Stadion An der Alten Försterei on Thursday March 22 at 18:30.
Andre Hofschneider’s team are coming off the back of two home draws against Jahn Regensburg and Erzgebirge Aue, and will be keen to maximise the opportunity to face the Wolves during the pause of league action.
Thursday is the sixth clash with Wolfsburg, who are 15th in the Bundesliga. In the 1991-92 season, Union Berlin fell short at the playoff point for promotion to the second division, losing 6-1 on aggregate to the side from Lower Saxony.
Free entrance for kids
Tickets are available for the match against Wolfsburg from all normal points of sale – including the stadium and online.
Tickets for the main stand and sector two are available for 10EUR* (seat) and 5EUR* (standing).
Children up to and including 12 years of age are eligible for free admission.
Children’s tickets for the seating area can be purchased free of charge alongside a full-paying adult.
With a full-paying adult ticket, two free children’s tickets can be booked in addition.
Sector two doesn’t require separate tickets for children.
Parking spaces are available in car park P1 in front of the main stand for 4EUR per parking space.
