Thursday's training session was scheduled for 10.45am at the camp in Campoamor and the day began with a number of exercises to help with preventing injuries. Suleiman Abdullahi was absent from the group as he trained individually in the gym. 

The travelling Union supporters turned out again to welcome the players to the pitch. The first 15 minutes was focused on passing exercises. Coach Urs Fischer then put emphasis on transitions and positional rotations. That was followed up by finishing and set-piece routines. The session lasted around two hours before a light run to end the morning on a positive note.

The afternoon was free for the players ahead of tomorrow's final bounce game against Ferencvaros. There will be a live stream available on AFTV from 15:00.
