1. FC Union Berlin captain Felix Kroos will likely miss next weekend's match at SV Darmstadt after sustaining an injury in the 1-1 draw with 1. FC Heidenheim on Saturday. 

The 27-year-old struggled through last week's training with foot problem and added further damage at the weekend. Kroos turned on his foot once more at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei, but continued on to see out the 90 minutes.

As a result, he'll likely miss Union's trip to Darmstadt on Saturday.
