Hundreds of Union fans took advantage of the first day of the subscription period to sign up for their Alte Försterei shares and become stadium owners. At 06:45 this Tuesday, the first fan arrived in front of the main stand, and with it recieved the coveted first place in the share office, set up in the stadium's mixed zone to mark the occasion.

The doors to the stadium opened punctually at 08:00, allowing throngs of Union fans all day long to come and sign up. Among them were Union legend Torsten Mattuschka and Horst Heldt, Union's director of men's professional football.

Whether they were queuing or had already subscribed, hardly anyone missed out on the delicious breakfast. Fresh waffles, croissants, filled rolls, sausages, fresh coffee and glasses of sparkling wine or orange juice to toast with were all available.

At 10:00, the subscription process also started in the Union stores on Bahnhofstrasse, in the Ring-Center and in ALEXA, as well as online on the subscription portal. There and in the share office at the stadium, Alte Försterei shares can now be purchased until 10 January – for yourself or as a Christmas present for family and friends.

The share office at the stadium is open until 18:00 today, while the Zeughaus stores are open until 20:00.
