In light of the devastating floods in Nordrhein-Westfalen and Rheinland-Pfalz, as well as, the urgent support needed for many victims, 1. FC Union Berlin will donate ticketing monies from today's friendly match against Dynamo Dresden to Aktion Deutschland Hilft.

"It's a small gesture that might give people some courage," said 1. FC Union Berlin president Dirk Zingler. "The people impacted should know they are not alone. Together, with many millions of people, organisations and companies in Germany, we will hopefully succeed in offering quick relief and alleviating some of the consequences of the disaster."
