At 15:30 on Saturday, 6. April, 2024, 1. FC Union Berlin will host top-of-the-table Bayer 04 Leverkusen at in the Stadion an der Alten Försterei as part of the Bundesliga’s 28th matchday. 

For this match, Union will be wearing an exclusive special edition jersey from their main sponsor Paramount+. The streaming service are swapping their own logo for a brand from the Paramount universe and the iconic STAR TREK Starfleet delta from the series STAR TREK: DISCOVERY will adorn the chest of the Union jerseys for the first time. The final season of the series can be seen on Paramount+ from April 4.

Union’s mascots will also wear an exclusive jersey as they enter the pitch with the players. Union's top sponsor, the Mittelbrandenburgische Sparkasse, will forego their own presence on the kids’ shirts to make space for the super pups Chase, Rubble, Skye, Marshall and Liberty from PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie. 

Paramount+ is the exclusive home for every series, episode and movie from the "Star Trek" universe. This includes all seasons of the Paramount+ original series STAR TREK: DISCOVERY, STAR TREK: PICARD, the animated series STAR TREK: LOWER DECKS and the latest series addition STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS. 

And only at Paramount+ can families with their little ones find all the PAW Patrol seasons and films, which have recently been joined by PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie.

All PAW Patrol fans young and old are invited by 1. FC Union Berlin and Paramount + to the Union-Zeughaus Bahnhofstraße tomorrow (Thursday) where two of the PAW Patrol pups will be available for photos together with Union mascot Ritter Keule between 11:00 and 16:00. 

The strictly limited special editions of the Union jerseys will be available online and in the Bahnhofstraße, Ring-Center and Waldseite Zeughaus stores from Thursday, 4. April at 10:00. This offer is only available while stocks last.
