1. FC Union Berlin will look to defend their Traditionsmasters title in January with the help of some famous names. The tournament takes place over two days at the Max-Schmelling-Halle and starts at 16:30 on January 4, 2019.

The Union supporters, who made an impression in the 2018 edition, will once again back their team in excellent numbers. This year's squad includes the likes of Paderborn coach Steffen Baumgart, Karim Benyamina, Shergo Biran, Thomas Boden, Benny Köhler, Oskar Kosche and Torsten Mattuschka.

After the success of Glasgow Rangers' visit last year, the international teams are in stronger demand. Union will this year take on the likes of Barcelona, Sparta Prague and Tottenham. In addition to a city derby wih Hertha, German clubs like Karlsruhe, Bayer Leverkusen and Borussia Dortmund will be in attendance.
