Oliver Ruhnert to put his Duties at Union on Hold

1. FC Union Berlin and chief scout Oliver Ruhnert have agreed to put their work together on hold from January 2025.
Oliver Ruhnert has informed the club's board that he will be running as a top candidate on his party's Berlin state list in the upcoming federal election. From January, he will be devoting his full attention to the federal election campaign activities, which is expected to take place on 23 February 2025.
