Mattuschka jacket to mark derby winner

On February 5, 2001, Torsten Mattuschka's derby winner at the Olympiastadion was carved into 1. FC Union Berlin history. The Berlin battle saw Union run out 2-1 winners at the home of Hertha in front of a sold-out stadium.

A decade on, Union's famous number 17 has delivered once again.

We present to you a custom-made jacket, which will be auctioned to raise funds for Union's foundation work "Schulter an Schulter". Bids can be placed on the club's own auction platform at the club's online store – find it here!

The jacket is certainly not one of the usual pieces of clothing you'll find. The outfitter "von Edelmann" in Dresden has tailored a red jacket for Torsten Mattuschka and customised the inside with the lining of a current home Union short with his name and famous number on the back.

Tusche will donate all the funds to the club's foundation and he will personally present the jacket to the winner.
