With an overwhelming majority, the ‘An der Alten Försterei’ Stadionbetriebs AG decided at its Annual General Meeting on 13 November 2024 to implement a further capital increase, thus paving the way for the issue of up to 120,000 new shares in the stadium.

Part of the resolution was also an expected timetable with dates for the share purchase. This has now been adjusted as follows:

• 26 November 2024 | 11:00 to 9 December 2024 | 18:00: exclusive subscription rights for existing shareholders
• 10 December 2024 | 08:00 to 10 January 2024 | 18:00 : subscription period for all Union members

Existing shareholders will receive their personal link to the online portal by email this Wednesday, enabling them to quickly and easily subscribe to new shares as part of the rights offering from 26 November 2024. Those who have not provided an email address will receive a letter with the relevant information in the next few days. Existing shareholders who have not received an email or letter by 25 November 2024 can contact proAF@adaf-sbg.de to exercise their subscription rights.

The easiest way to purchase new shares is via the online portal. In addition, a share office will be set up in the car park in front of the Alte Försterei's main stand , and subscriptions can also be made at the Union Zeughaus stores.
