Caution over tickets sold on black market

Demand for home tickets has gone through the roof since the club's promotion to the Bundesliga.

Unfortunately, this means a higher risk of tickets going on the black market.

1. FC Union Berlin would remind supporters that the safest way of purchasing tickets is officially through the club shop or on the official secondary ticket market. In accordance with the General Ticket Terms & Conditions, the club clarifies it is prohibited to buy tickets which are:

a) ... offered for sale and/or sold publicly, at auction sites (in particular on the internet, e.g. on ebay) and/or on sales platforms not authorised by Union (e.g. viagogo, seatwave, StubHub etc.).

b) ... at a higher price than the price paid; a surcharge of up to 15% to compensate for transaction costs incurred is permissible.

1. FC Union Berlin reserve the right to take legal action against the sellers of Union tickets on the aforementioned platforms if they violate the stated terms. Furthermore, it is to be noted that people with tickets acquired in this fashion are denied entry to 1. FC Union Berlin matches.

These tickets will lose their validity and the price will not be refunded by the club.
