Tickets
Tickets for people with disabilities cost EUR 11,50 and one accompanying person can enter the stadium free of charge. Ticket reservations for the next home match will be accepted by Mario Jänicke, the club's liaison officer for fans with disabilities, at handicap@fc-union-berlin.de from the start of public ticket sales until he Wednesday before the respective match day at the latest.
The tickets ordered can be picked up on the day of the match at the special box office (entrance Waldkasse).
Parking for wheelchairs users
There are 34 parking spaces for wheelchair users and their accompanying persons in the stadium interior. These are located in front of Sector 1 and can be reached through Entrance Waldkasse. The places are not fully covered so please don't forget your hood!
Sanitary Facilities
Toilets for people with diabilities are found near the pitches.
