We take care.

You’re wondering how to get in touch with fan clubs at Union? You want to register a banner and don’t know who is responsible for that at Union? You will get answers to all these questions and much more from our team for fan affairs.

Questions on specific topics.

With these or similar questions, you are at the right place with the Fan Engagement Team:

  • I am looking for contact with Union fan clubs.
  • I would like to start a fan club.
  • I would like to volunteer at Union.

Head of fan involvement

If you have questions regarding the match days of our professional teams, the Fan Support team is the right place for you:

  • When and where can I get tickets for the games?
  • Is there a possibility to travel together for the next away game?
  • What do I need to consider when entering the Stadium?

Whether it's the question about spaces for disabled people or about an audio guide for visually impaired individuals. Our Disabled fan representative in the Fan Affairs team is happy to assist with all of these questions.

In order to actively engage with our fans and members and to promote participation in club affairs, the Club Fan Dialogue has been established.

The subject of the Club Fan Dialogue encompasses all topics that directly or indirectly affect fan and membership issues, particularly fan-relevant topics and current developments within and outside the club. Participants in the Club Fan Dialogue can and should share their positions on these matters, make suggestions, present and discuss ideas, and, if necessary, provide recommendations.
